Javascript is a developer, as its name suggests, a specialist in programming in Javascript language, logical, right?
Well it seems that nobody has noticed this obvious. It is not difficult to find jobs for web designer profiles, web layout designer, flash developer, programmer or PHP. NET, database administrators, … but where are the offers for Javascript programmers?
It is curious that in most cases PHP programmers. NET or Java will assume knowledge of JavaScript but really has nothing to do one with the other.
First, JavaScript running in the browser while languages like PHP,. NET and Java do on the server. This difference alone should be enough to find specific profiles.

In my opinion, and until this missing link in between all the wildlife that populate the web development best suited to fill these gaps would be the Flash developer as: language is a client, AS (up to version 2 ) is prototyping and, in most cases, is used to improve the user experience.
