In reality, efficiency levels for most UPS batteries are 90% due to different environmental conditions affecting the battery performance. Before buying a UPS, it is important to review the warranty. Most manufacturers provide a warranty for at least one year. It is also not uncommon to locate UPS with a 2 year warranty but most lengthy warranties may not include battery replacement.
